Freshness Indicator

  Green
Verified within the last 30 days. Safe to rely on for outreach without re-checking.
  Yellow
Verified 31–180 days ago. Probably still accurate, but worth a quick re-check before a firm offer or contract goes out.
  Red
Verified over 180 days ago, or never. Treat contact info, fees, and availability as unconfirmed until re-verified.
The dot is driven by the Last Verified date on the record. Editing a band or venue and saving updates this date automatically; using the AI extraction tools (Extract Contact Info, Extract Venue Details) also refreshes it when you save the result.

Band Tier Badges

Primary
Top-priority targets — best genre/era fit, strongest existing relationship, or highest confidence they'd say yes to a support slot.
Secondary
Solid, viable options — good fit, but not the first call. Most of the roster lives here.
Future
Bands worth tracking for a later run — bigger draw than the current target market can support yet, or timing doesn't line up this cycle.
Over Budget
Fee range exceeds what a realistic support-slot budget can absorb right now. Kept on file rather than deleted in case that changes.
Inactive
Soft-deleted via the Deactivate button. Hidden from the default "Active only" view but never removed from the database — Reactivate brings it back (tier resets to Secondary; adjust if it should be higher).

★ Core Roster (Original 40)

A star next to a band's name means it's one of the original 40 target bands the platform was seeded with — the strategic core built around the support-slot/package-tour thesis. As research and Discoveries add more bands over time, the roster can grow well past 40; the Roster filter dropdown (set to "Core Roster Only") snaps the list back to just that original set, so it's easy to check "am I still focused on the actual plan" without the newer additions crowding the view. Any band can be added to or removed from Core Roster via its Edit form checkbox — useful if a later discovery turns out to belong in the strategic core too.

Fees, Ticket Range & Comps

Est. Fee
The band's approximate guarantee range for a support slot, based on public sources (Pollstar, box office disclosures, agency norms) — a budgeting starting point, not a confirmed quote.
Ticket Range
Typical GA ticket price this band draws at comparable venues — used to sanity-check whether a room's capacity and pricing can cover the guarantee.
Ticket Comps (venue)
Same idea, but for a venue rather than a band — what GA tickets typically go for at that room, pulled from past events there.

Venue-Specific Fields

House Nut
What it costs to rent/buy out the room outright (House Nut / Buy Out mode). Rarely public — usually only known once you're actually negotiating with the venue.
LN
Live Nation House flag. A filled dot means the room is operated by Live Nation — relevant since Live Nation venues often have different booking channels and deal structures than independent or AEG rooms.
Capacity Configs
For reconfigurable venues with multiple named capacities (e.g. "Full House: 2,606 / 3/4 House: 1,845 / 1/2 House: 1,406"). Total Capacity holds the largest figure; this field holds the full breakdown.
Ownership Note
Who actually operates the room — AEG Presents, Live Nation, independently owned, city-owned/third-party operated, etc. Matters for booking channel and deal norms.

Research & Discoveries

Research
Opens the archive-first research modal. Shows the latest saved report instantly if one exists; Re-run Research forces a fresh pull; History lists every past run for that band/venue.
Discoveries
A global queue of bands/venues surfaced by research that aren't in your database yet. Add or Dismiss each one — items you've already added elsewhere are automatically resolved out of this list.
Find Venues
Searches Ticketmaster's venue directory by city/state/keyword — not limited to venues already in your database. New results land in Discoveries automatically.
AI confidence
When the AI extracts contact info or venue details from search snippets, it flags how sure it is: high (explicitly stated), medium (partial/implied), low (weak signal), none (nothing found — it won't invent a contact that isn't there).
