New names get added as new bands. A name that already matches an existing band is never duplicated or overwritten — instead, any field the CSV has that's currently blank on that band (fee range, ticket range, known hits, notes) gets filled in. Anything you've already entered by hand stays exactly as it is.
Headers are flexible — "Fee Low", "fee-low", and "fee_low" all match the same field, so exact
capitalization/spacing doesn't matter. Recognized: Name, Fee Low, Fee High, Tier, Agent, Agency, Agent Email, Agent Phone,
Ticket Low, Ticket High, Known Hits, Format Note, General Note, Active, Last Verified, Research Priority,
Draw Class, Package Role, Avg Tickets Sold, Avg Gross, Avg Ticket Price,
Typical Capacity, Reported Shows, Recent Low Draw, Recent High Draw,
Southeast Draw, Sell Through, Checked Date, Research Notes. Only Name is required — everything else can be blank.
Different from a data-hygiene check — every one of these is a real band. This flags active bands that don't match the actual target profile (wrong genre, wrong era, or an arena/stadium-level draw that's out of range for a 1,500-2,500 cap room). Selected bands get deactivated, not deleted — fully reversible from the Status filter at any time.
